One website, built from a call with you: your prices, how to start, who you are, the questions customers always ask, and your reviews. Built for a phone. Hosted on your own Netlify account, code in your own GitHub account. You own it. Included: a home page with your packages and prices, how to start, about you, your reviews, and customer questions; up to three more pages, one per package, if you want them; a note form that emails you; your domain connected; your Google Business Profile set up or fixed; two rounds of changes; 30 days of small changes after launch. The one add-on (+$300): customers pay on the site, a Stripe checkout for up to five priced packages in your Stripe account, tested with a real card before it goes live. The $300 is due with the final balance, and only if the checkout is live and tested. Not offered: a second language, logins, online stores, blogs, ads.
$1,200 for the first five clients, then $1,800. The mockup is free: send your business name and city, and within 48 hours you get a picture of your page; nothing is owed for it. If you go ahead, $600 is due to start the build and the last $600 only after the site is live and you've seen it. At $1,800 the split is $900 and $900, on the same terms. Below, "the build payment" means the first $600 (or $900) and "the final balance" means the last $600 (or $900). Payments go through Stripe; I never see or store your card number.
The mockup: free, nothing to refund. If you don't want to go ahead after seeing it, say so and that's the end of it. The build payment: it's for work done and isn't refunded for taste, because you saw the mockup first and you get two rounds of changes. One exception: if I haven't put a live preview in front of you within thirty days of your confirmed prices and photos, the build payment comes back in full. The final balance: you don't pay it if I miss the seven days, or if a stranger can't see what you sell, what it costs, and how to start on a phone. The $300 add-on isn't part of the final balance; it's due only if the checkout is live and tested, and it's not owed otherwise.
Defects: if something I delivered doesn't work the way it did on launch day (the form, a link, a page), I fix it free for twelve months. Troubleshooting is separate: if the site broke because of a change you or anyone else made, a lost login, or an outside service changing what it does (Netlify, Stripe, your registrar, Google), I look, tell you what it will take, and quote it before doing anything. Small changes are content edits: a small change is a change to text, a price, hours, one photo, or adding one review; nothing that needs a new page or section. Small changes are free for 30 days after launch. After that: $40 each, within three business days; or the $59/month Care plan, offered at handoff: up to five small changes a month, each within two business days, plus a monthly check that the form, links, and domain work. Stop it any month. Ongoing costs: hosting on Netlify's free plan, enough for a normal service-business site (a paid plan is your choice if you outgrow it); your domain, $12 to $20 a year in your name; if you take payments, Stripe's standard fee per payment (2.9% + 30¢ for US cards; some methods cost more).
The site goes live within seven days of the day you confirm your prices in writing and send your photos. If I miss that, you don't pay the final balance. Days waiting on your prices or photos don't count toward the seven.
Your prices, confirmed in writing before the site goes live. Photos you have the right to use. A Netlify and GitHub account in your name (I'll walk you through both, ten minutes).
I don't promise Google rankings, a number of leads, or sales. I don't write reviews for you or invent them. I don't claim anything on your site that you didn't tell me is true.
What I collect: what you type into the note form on this site (your name, business, phone or email, and your message), which Netlify emails to me; and the details you give me on our call. What I do with it: use it to reply to you and build your site. Nothing else. I don't sell it, share it, or add you to a list. Stripe handles payments under its own privacy policy. If I turn on visitor counting, it's Google Analytics with your IP address anonymized; it tells me how many people visited, not who. Want your information deleted? Email hello@mubarakbuilds.com and it's gone.
